The USWorks Messenger system uses the employer profile information collected in our large-scale employer outreach and interview process to create a highly targeted employer outreach and relations management campaign. It provides completely automated follow-up and outreach to the local employer community, promoting both you and your clients.

High-end application servers apply a series of rules and business logic to craft individualized messages based upon the information collected in the interview and sends these messages from our fax and email server at least once a month.

Messages include "news you can use," such as updated salary and benefit information for their staff positions, service announcements from you about anything from job fairs to screening services and links to their personalized web sites.

On the back end, our servers keep track of which employers visited and automatically manages all employer "opt-outs", mail "bounces" and reporting. Each message may be customized according to your preferences and needs.
